Joseph Parker ( Article )

Joseph Parker is a famous heavyweight boxer in the world. He was born in south Auckland 1992. He also had a older brother that is up and coming a amateur boxer. He started boxing at the age of eleven and he trains that the gym in Papatoetoe. 

Mr Parker completed the New Zealand heavyweight 2010 Commonwealth Games. He won his first fight over Canada people Didier Bence After he scored nine points in the final round of his fight. He only needed to win his second fight which is the quarter final so he could pick up the gold medal but unfortunately he lost to  Tariq Abdul Haqq . 

John Parker was turning professional, Mr Parker has had seven fight and won six of his fight by knock outs. His nick name was explosive Joseph and he was also born in Apia Samoa. His total record was 7. 

Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 Article

The Malaysia Airlines flight 370 disappeared on the 8th of march 2014 and the malaysian air force are still searching from this day forward. Before they even knew that something was going wrong the flight was scheduled to depart from Kuala Lampur, Malaysia and was supposed to land in Beijing but did not show. They tried to see what happened and after hours of searching to try and find it to see where it was it dissapeared of the radar they then though it was lost in the air.

For the last week the air force was searching all around the area where it was supposed to go. Later in the week the search kept continuing until they came to there senses. Everybody that was part of the search team had there own opinions the main scenarios was that the plane had been hijacked, had a pilot error or crashed.

In the search they found that the plane had two people with stolen passports and tried to see if they might have been suspects in to the crime or if they were victims.They did background checks and busted into their homes but did not find any evidence of them being apart of the crimes.

The search still continued and each day they are still uncovering new clues on who hijacked it and where the plane is. They have some clues on who has hijacked it and are now trying to find out why and where.

Emily Started to roll her eye's. A red started to appear on her face. She would go into her room, punch her face on her pillow and start to scream.  As her sister Laura came to apologize Laura could hear Emily stomp her feet and slammed the door in front of Laura’s Face.

Why is church Important?

Going to church is important to me because I learn about Jesus and God. When I go to church I see new family members walking into the church. I think it is good that people go to church because they would get to know God as they are growing up.

I love reading the bible because it tells me about everyone that was here before we came to life and also it told me why Jesus sacrificed his life for us. Jesus sacrificed his life for us because he wanted us to live and to see what God has done for us and our families.

When people go to church they go to a bible study class and learn about Jesus while their parents stay in the church. Their parents get  blessed. Some parents tell everyone about what has happened in their lives. The minister talks about Jesus and sometimes they have an play of what could happen to you and your family.

Walking to the pools.

Do you know where room 14 went? We went to the pools. We walked out passed the shops and passed the basket ball courts.
As soon as we entered the pools we got into our togs and had a shower. Some people were in Mr .S’s team and some people were in Ms Squires team.I was in Mr S’s team.
My team were in the deep pool.It was so cold that my teeth were chattering.When it was my turn. I pushed off the wall with a powerful kick and .I was doing steady strokes.Then I went under the water and was gasping for breath.As soon as I got to the nd I was exhausted and drained.
As soon as I hopped out of the pool I got a shock of cold. Also I was shivering and shaking. When I hope out of the pool I felt really cold.
I pushed off the wall with are powerful kick.
With a powerful kick I reachedto the other side.
I practised the breathing position, rolling to breathe. I felt really cold.

Mr S.Said ”You have to roll to breathe” and I said, ” I cant”. But I tried and I did it. I was swimming with a powerful kick to the end. When I hopped out of the pool I felt really cold.

My Hoilday

On Sunday I went to the big day out. I went with my auntie and uncle and all my cousins. There is a beach across the road from the big day out, so we had a swim (at the beach) with my cousins.
At the big day out there was a park and a stage where people sang. I could hear the songs playing while I was at the beach. I said to my cousins, "Don't go far because you will drown." I swam with them and it was not deep for us.We were all girls and we made friends.
The day stopped at 6.00pm. I made balls with uad like mudball's .After that I went home The end.
